How can I return a product?
  • We believe in the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return any item within 7 days of purchase, provided it's in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Please provide your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will review the return request and if the return is approved, further instructions will be sent.
  • Only items purchased directly from SportiveLives.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

What items should be returned and what should be taken care of?
  • Returned items must be original, including any attachments, manuals and documents.
  • The returned item must be unused, in the same condition as the one we sent you, and in its original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/broken plastic foils will not be accepted. If the product is shipped back to us in conditions that are unacceptable, we reserve the right to no refund or exchange. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Final Sale items do not accept returns, in case of quality problems, SportiveLives will accept replacement at our expense.

Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Please provide the following information:Order number、Proof of purchase、Video or photos of the faulty product Full shipping address、Contact telephone number.In some cases, you may be asked to provide a video or photo of a defective product as evidence of a refund or replacement.


How long does the return process take?
  • Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from us to receive your return. Once your return has been processed, we will email you for confirmation.
  • For returned products, defective products will be fully refunded. For non-defective items, the refund does not include all shipping and handling charges.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, a refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the return or cancellation request. Please contact the issuing bank to ask when the credit will be credited to your account.
